I thought you knew I’m a bitch

I thought you knew I’m filthy rich

I thought you knew I’m a smoking gun

And a cheap champagne with decent taste

I thought you knew I never answer my phone

I thought you knew I’m a late night soul

And a cocaine kid with a bad bite

I thought you knew!!

I thought you knew I love to wear the cloths I like

And not to dress up the way you like

I thought you knew I like my own privacy

And sometimes I enjoy my own company

Thinking all men are same is like calling white the new black

B’coz for many love is temporary and lust forever

I thought you knew!!

I thought you knew I too have a family

With similar responsibilities and sense of duties

I thought you knew I’m also having certain dreams

And to chase them I too sacrifice my thousands daydreams

I thought you knew that I’m a hater and a lover

Some days I’m broke, some days I’m nice

Some days I’m strong, some days I’m quite

And some days I simply hold my middle figure to the world

My thought, my house can be changed

But my love for you cannot

I thought you knew!!

I thought you knew I’m not afraid to have heartbreak

I thought you knew I’m not afraid to tell anyone I love

I thought you knew I can’t always be nice but may be kindest

I thought you knew I’m also a human, face hormonal changes

But still fight everyday with shear determination to conquer

I thought you knew what others think of me doesn’t matter to me

B’coz I’m a self made identity with self made disciplines

I thought you knew!!

I thought you knew nobody can bind me

Neither a husband nor a lover, neither a boss or someone else

I thought you knew size doesn’t matter to me either it’s size zero or size fifteen

B’coz nobody knows size for my spirit and they never will

I thought you knew my choices are like my fingerprints

Which may be common for others but unique for me

I thought you knew that you are my choice and I’m not your privilege

I thought you knew I choose to empathize, sympathize or be indifferent

B’coz its my choice, inside my body, in my mind
