Not So Berry: 2

Well, Pistachio was going to go out collecting, but this cast of characters had her changing her mind real quick.

Pistachio stayed inside and spent the evening with Minty.

Feel the love for 250 reward points? Yes, please.

This is my all time favorite Minty picture.  Pistachio turned on the tv and Minty is apparently terrified of it.

There’s a new lady at work who looks super grumpy.  She was randomized out of CAS.’

Pistachio had just about decided to have Heather dislike her and she is mean, but something went wrong.  Heather liked all the mischief.

Pistachio watered plants while Heather followed her around mopping up the mess.

This was basically how Pistachio spent her workday.

Bella:  You are so lucky!  I wish I got to start with a roof and a job!
Pistachio:  Well, I don’t know how you’re surviving.  I’d probably die.

It’s lovely when two founders can befriend each other.

No promotion, but I really wasn’t expecting one.

Minty is on her way to being a Simstagram star.

Pistachio:  Sure, I guess.

In which Caleb and Lilith make nice with each other and left Pistachio outside.

Pistachio:  Does Caleb have a thing going on with his sister?
Eww.  It’s time to leave.

Pistachio:  No, Caleb.

Pistachio’s fun was tanked, so she heads off to do some rock climbing.

Considering he’s a gay married man, Pistachio was quite confused when Brent gave her the side eye.

Rock climbing did not help, so Pistachio went down to the punching bag.

Pistachio:  Hey, I’m fairly new in town.  How are you?
Yuki:  I’m good. Nice to meet you.

Always ready to stargaze with just about anyone, Pistachio and Yuki spent a good hour or so gazing up at the sky.

Yuki: I had really fun and maybe can go out together sometime?
Pistachio:  Maybe when you’re older.  Right now, you’re just jailbait.
Yuki:  I didn’t mean romantically go out.  Eww, you’re so old.  What are you, 25?  Just yuck!

Off to the pool went Pistachio.  She kept trying to do dives, but ended up belly flopping.  Mortimer just wished that she would make less of a mess.

She hit the clubs next and met some weird guy and had a chat with Lilith, who Pistachio actually ended up liking.

The mail arrived the next morning.

And then there were three.

Other collectibles.

Water plants:  Check.

Finally her daily task bar was done and Pistachio didn’t have much time.  She got a few of the plants evolved before going home.

With a promotion no less.

Pistachio:  No, Caleb!

Bwahahaha.  Pistachio was getting ready to hit the bowling alley when she saw that Mortimer never got dressed from the night before.

Lilith:  I’m trying to get in your pants here, Alexei!  What are you looking at?  Pay attention to me!

Alexei:  Holy crap, who is that hottie?
Lilith:  No one.  So, as I was saying….

Lilith:  SO AS I WAS SAYING….
Alexei:  Can you move, Lil?  You’re sort of in my way.

Lilith:  No, no, no.  You’re mine!

Pistachio:  Yeah, so that happened and now I’m gonna go.

Pistachio:  Or maybe I will stick around.  Hello, cutie pie!
Alexei:  What the hell does he have that I don’t have?
Pistachio:  A pulse.

Pistachio had set her sights on J Huntington III.

Pistachio was excited to get her very first kiss!

Ahem, things might be moving a tad bit fast, but for a noncommittal person, he said yes very fast.

He also flirted right back at her.

She invited him back home and it wasn’t long before they were having some fun between the sheets.

Pistachio:  Dammit, Minty!

Pistachio:  Stop eating my goddamn food!

Pistachio:  Oh, shit.

J, who had stayed the night, had almost made his escape cleanly.

That does not stop Pistachio from running after him to share the news.

J:  Oh, yay.

Some Minty love.

Then some playtime before work.

Pistachio:  Are..are you crying?
Caleb: *muffled sobs*  No.  *click*

Work has begun.

Workout for x amount of minute: Check.

Break for tofu tacos.

Eat tacos.

Do other crap for the rest of the day.

J came over after work today.  He apologized to Pistachio for running out.

Holy cow, Minty.  The reward was a cheap squeaky toy.

Another day, another bunch of shit to do.

Pistachio couldn’t remember if this was from someone at work or someone walking by after work.

This is the last of the elements for awhile.  Pistachio keeps getting duplicates to sell.

Pistachio spent the evening alone with Minty.  After a nap, she ran off to do some collecting.

Then got a promotion later that day.

———-

Then we started having issues.

J invited Pistachio out for breakfast.  She agreed, said hi to the Landgraab’s and Lewis’.  J initiated the elopement and they became stuck.  The whole restaurant.  I reset Nancy Landgraab, which reset everyone.  J then initiated the proposal again.  After the ceremony, the game hung up on the household management screen.  Exit.

After work, on the replay, J invited her over to his house.

This is the Roomies house.

This is J initiating the wedding yet again.  I did save when she entered the lot.  It got hung up again.

The next time, it worked and J moved in.

Random shots of the newlyweds.

Pistachio was out collecting and was too far from home and had to pee herself.

Caleb: *underhisbreath*  I hope he dies in fire.
Pistachio:  What was that, Caleb?  I didn’t quite here you.
Caleb:  Nothing.  *click*

The moment Pistachio has been waiting for!

She is so not a happy camper.  Pistachio waited until she had to give birth.  There was so much to do, like eat, shower and pee.

It ends up being a boy.  The first baby was Gideon, then the game crashed.  The next baby was Zachary.

Pistachio had done everything to prepare for the baby, except take a nap.

Not satisfied with just one baby, Pistachio hurried J back to the bed.

Pistachio:  Hey, you’ll never guess what just happened!

J: Yeah, I can guess and I’m pissed.  It was bad the first time when you trapped me into this marriage, but to add another brat to the mix?  Unforgivable.

In fact, J was so pissed that while Pistachio was sleeping, he moved Zach out into the backyard.

Knowing how jealous Pistachio gets, when Zoey wanted to come over, he agreed just so he could flirt with her.

Pistachio went ballistic.

She ranted and raved at him for hours.

She waited until he went outside and locked all the doors and went to bed leaving J to sleep outside with no bathroom.

This forced J to care for his son for the first time.

J:  I guess you’re not so bad after all, brat.

Pistachio had not been paying much attention to Minty since “he” had moved in.  She got her all happy again and tried to figure out what to do.

J invited Zoey over again.  Pistachio targeted her with everything she had.

She finally was disliked by two people!

Next up!

Hmm…She gets her breakthroughs without even trying.  I mean it happened over the course of her three days off, but I didn’t even remember to try to get them.

Pistachio had too much to do and didn’t really have time for a kid after all.  When J proved to be useless, Pistachio had to hire a butler.

Pistachio:  I ordered an ugly old butler, dammit!

Pistachio:  Are you stupid?  Don’t call me again!

(that so explains why she rebuffed every flirt J sent her way!)

She trolled the forums three times.

You seriously don’t want to piss off the crazy jealous girl.

I ended it here so that I could try and fix the game.  I’m not sure what is causing the issues here.

They moved to a bigger house three times.  Either the game crashed or the collectibles were no longer owned by Pistachio.  I had to reset to a further back save and replay a lot of this two and three times.  In one version, her yelling at J for a day was her 2nd dislike.  The one above, no matter how mean she was, he didn’t complete the aspiration.  I’m just was not happy with this save, and I took it out on poor J, who actually loves his wife and son like mad.  He cleans, cares for the boy, and cooks.  I hated having Pistachio be mean to him, but it is what it is.

What the hell is up with Caleb?  For every phone call I showed, there were three to four that I left out.
