In this 21st Century of Education era, Finland has gained a reputation for having one of the best education systems in the world. One of the most influence person behind a successful of education system in Finland is Pasi Sahlberg. He has blond hair orderly. His face is bright with blond eyebrow, medium eyes, blue eyeballs, sharp nose that represent his strong personality. Talking about Pasi Sahlberg, he is a Finnish educator and author. He has worked as a schoolteacher, teacher educator, researcher, and policy advisor in Finland and examined education systems around the world. His expertise includes school improvement, international education issues, classroom teaching and learning, teacher education, and school leadership. Pasi has given more than 400 keynote speeches and published over 100 articles, chapters and books on education. His book “Finnish Lesson 2.0: What Can We Learn From Educational Change in Finland?” won the 2013 Grawemeyer Award and he received the 2012 Education Award in Finland, the 2014 Robert Owen Award in Scotland, and the 2016 Lego Award in Denmark. He is known as an international “school improvement activist” because his direct links to practitioners and their communities. I admire him because he is an ideal figure of education researcher and practitioner.
