Pork Stuffed Triangles

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Vegeta seasoning
  • 12 Puff pastry squares
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Water

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Heat a small skillet on medium heat
  • Add olive oil and onions, saute until golden
  • In a medium mixing bowl combine pork, onion, paprika, salt, pepper, and vegeta
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Cut puff pastries in half diagonally, into triangles
  • Place about 1 tbsp of meat mixture in center of each triangle
  • Fold in half, use fork to seal openings
  • Place unto lined baking sheet, about an inch apart
  • In a small mixing bowl beat egg and water
  • Coat each pastry with egg wash
  • Bake for 30 minutes
  • Serve with your favorite soup, or with sour cream
