Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground pork
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 Onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Vegeta seasoning
- 12 Puff pastry squares
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Water
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°
Heat a small skillet on medium heat
Add olive oil and onions, saute until golden
In a medium mixing bowl combine pork, onion, paprika, salt, pepper, and vegeta
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Cut puff pastries in half diagonally, into triangles
Place about 1 tbsp of meat mixture in center of each triangle
Fold in half, use fork to seal openings
Place unto lined baking sheet, about an inch apart
In a small mixing bowl beat egg and water
Coat each pastry with egg wash
Bake for 30 minutes
Serve with your favorite soup, or with sour cream
