Green Pants tells the charming story of a young boy named Jameson who only ever wears green pants. When he is wearing his green pants, he can dunk, he can dive, and he can do anything he wants to do. Then one day, his cousin Armando and his fiancée Jo invite Jameson to be in their wedding. But a dilemma is brought to Jameson’s attention when he is told that this means he must wear black pants with his tuxedo. He is honored to have been asked to be a part of their big day, but he doesn’t know if he can do it without his green pants. Readers can have fun making predictions about what solution they think Jameson will come up with. This is a cute story for encouraging individuality.
