I’m not a morning person at all, so this kind of event is the only thing that can motivate me to wake up early. I love Sephora events. Going there with or without friends, I get this feeling of having fun together and bonding with strangers for the love of cosmetics.
Here are my lovely loot. My initial plan was just to get The Beauty Blender All Season Set. Welp, the photo looks a bit more than that, right? I think I still did good, but yep, there was no way walking out of the store with just one item.
The lips pouche was a free gift from Sephora.
What I brought home today:
This year’s holiday palette by Marc Jacobs Beauty was totally an impulsive purchase.
The color selections of the palette is a bit risky because this kind of combo is outside of my comfort zone. But it’s absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Once I swatched some colors on my hand, I was sold. Thanks to arriving at the local Sephora early, I had no problem picking one up. It looked like it was sold fairly quick. Maybe within half an hour.
I played with it a bit today, and I was quite happy with it. Even with some colors I don’t usually use. I might post swatch photos another time.
The Beauty Blender All Season Set is really good value. It comes with 4 full size BBs, a cute stand, and a sample packet of liquid BB cleanser. I’m set for a looong time!
I only stayed for about 1h at the event, but it was fun
