Subscription Box Review: Mr. Ghost’s Highly Enviable Parcel Of Simple Yet Amazing Wonderments November 2017

My very last Mr Ghost’s box. I love the company’s products but, for me, I just don’t feel that the cost of the box is now worth it for the items that comes in it. I preferred when it contained a patch and stickers. The current items are still great but not worth the cost for me. I’ll still order from the company and I still highly recommend the company.

The boxes the items come in are actually really sturdy. I always keep and reuse them, usually to wrap gifts.

The pin is always on the outside of the envelope that holds the rest of the items.

Currently the box comes with these items, an enamel pin, a pocket notebook, an art print, a greeting card with envelope and a postcard. You’re also supposed to get a newspaper of original stories but they shipped separately this month and I think mine ended up not being shipped later as planned because I threw off the shipping when I canceled my subscription. I’m sure they’d ship it asap if I emailed about the issue, they are really good about fixing any issues like that I just decided I wouldn’t bother them. They are a small company, already very busy, and the newspaper wasn’t that important to me.

This is the art print. All of the items each month fit a theme that changes monthly. Sometimes the items end up in the shop purchasable individually the next month but there is no guarantee of that. Not all monthly items end up in the shop and the ones that do don’t stay around forever.

The enamel pins are very high quality. I don’t remember the theme for this month but it seems to be book or library themed.

Postcard. The postcard are double sided. The reverse has the standard area for writing and area for the address. I didn’t get a picture of the reverse, though. There on good quality thick card stock.

The greeting card and envelope. I have a love for the Evil Supply Company envelopes. You’ll see that on my post about the big order I made from them in December.

Pocket Notebook. I love the pocket notebook. I wish they were lined but other than that they’re awesome. I gifted this one as a Christmas gift to a friend who finished writing a book recently but I have kept and used many of them.

The subscription use to come with two of the notebook and while I understand why they made the changes that they did, I’ll be honest and say I preferred the subscription when it had two notebooks, a patch and stickers (among other things but those were my favorite of the items).
