review 1: Take a ride on the world's most famous luxury train, The Orient Express, to one of the world's most romantic cities, Venice. Imagine, dream, and escape. As one of the character's says, all the day to day will still be there when you get back so seize the adventure now. At the end of the book, the author includes some travel tips in case the reader feels inspired to take the trip. My bags are packed and ready to go!
review 2: Book just got better and better. Loved the descriptions of Orient Express train and also Venice. Interesting note; I watched a show on hotels featured in Movies and The Cipriani was featured. Went to the website to check it out. This hotel was where several of the characters stayed after their train trip.I suppose this book would appear
... more as "fluff" but sometimes my brain needs a rest especially after reading depressing Oprah type books ( that don't always have a happy ending>) Since I don't get a steady diet of Chick Lit, it's refreshing and fun to read one once in awhile. less
