What’s in my Virtual Library Collection

“The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.”  ― Dr. Seuss, I Can Read With My Eyes Shut!

With the advent of technology, there is not one soul who finds it easier to access reading material quite easily and readily. Gone are the days when you wanted your favourite book to read and had to make that journey to a psychical library. Better yet you saw a book being advertised and decided it would be a good read for you but found that the price was way out of your price range.

Well the new craze is Ereaders, be Nook, Epub, Kindle, Apple Reader, you name it an App or device is out there for you to enjoy one of life’s guilty pleasure.  For an avid reader like myself, I too am one of those who is fascinated with an Ereader which is Kindle.

The Kindle is what I am hooked on and as easy as ABC; I can just log into my Amazon account and purchase any Kindle book for as little as 99 cents or more depending on the title. I was introduced to kindle the device and also the App by a Librarian who noticed my love for reading. No sooner was I introduced to kindle that I bought a Kindle Paperwhite. The disadvantage of this was that if the lighting is poor wherever you are reading becomes a challenge since it’s not a coloured screen.  Well since that didn’t sit well with me I sold my Kindle Paperwhite and upgrade to a table then installed the Kindle App to my device from then on there was no looking back.

From April 2012 to present I have purchase 3000 Kindle books to my device, and it has always been happy reading for.

Here are a few which I have purchased over the years and have shared with others.

These are just a few of the 2,500 books I have in my collection and do intend to purchase more. As for me and my Kindle, I shall always be purchasing and reading more books from my app. Happy Reading to all those who enjoy reading like myself……“If one cannot enjoy reading a book over and over again, there is no use in reading it at all.” So what’s In your virtual library today????
