Workout gear & getting motivation for 2018

With the start of a new year, everyone has their own personal goals and plans they hope to accomplish. Well I am no different! After graduating recently (and never having time for a good workout), I hope to start getting in the gym more or just doing a good at home workout to stay active. And what’s the best way to start motivating yourself? Cute new workout gear, of course! So I wanted to share with y’all this new gear that I got and love. This Lululemon Radiant jacket is so comfortable and warm! I have actually worn it out in this crazy cold weather, and I was surprised at how warm I was. Another reason that I love the jacket is that I feel like I can somewhat dress it up if I want to. When I wore it out in the cold weather, I was going to dinner with friends so I didn’t want to look too casual so I wore it with leggings and riding boots. It’s also really long so it covers your butt a good amount (which I always like). This jacket is no longer available in gray, but it does come in three other colors! I am also wearing Lulu’s Power Y Tank which has always been one of my favorites because it’s so supportive, and I really like the built in bra. This tank comes in so many different colors! In the picture, I am holding my Swell bottle which I have had for over two years, and I still manage to use it almost every day (especially when I am working). It doesn’t come in this purple color anymore, but they carry the same print in blue so it’s super cute. I love my swell bottle because it’s perfect for drinks that you need to shake up and keep cold (since you can’t shake a yeti). You can also use it to keep your drinks hot, but I mostly use it for keeping things like Spark cold. I also have to have a drink with a top at work, so this is just the best bottle for me!

Now for my workout goals this year, I have found a workout called “effortlyss” which I am one hundred percent sure is going to take A LOT of effort. But I will include the link if anyone is looking for workout inspiration! The creator of the workout also has an instagram, check it out @fittlyss. She posts tons of before and afters of girls that used her workout guides and meal plans. I also love how her guides include meal plans because that it is so important to follow a good diet program when trying to get it shape. Her guides are available for download from her website!
