review 1: it took me 12 days to force myself to finish this book. I don't know what happened. I loved the first book, "brie learns the art of submission". there were bits of this book that were hot, but I just really did not enjoy the dynamic between sir and brie. the last 200 pages or so were slightly better than the beginning of the book. absolutely, you must read the first book before you read this or you will be wasting your time and confused. if you enjoyed the first book, give this a try, others seemed to enjoy it. i, however, found some of the dialogue so ridiculous and the relationship so boring that I struggled to finish this one.
review 2: Love, love, love this series!!! This author, is wonderful! I think she has an excellent mind, the book is well w... moreritten, smart, and every single scene is different. I swear, this author must have a thesaurus in her mind, the unique way that every scene is different, every character is unique, all of the nicknames different, and unique to that person. The different words that she uses for body parts, for example, is superb. There are so many books that I've read that I've thought, why can't they think of a different way to write that, or stop using that same word over and over! Haha, I never thought that, not even once when reading these books. I love these characters! Sir and Brie are some of my favorite characters that I've read about, but I love all the others also, I love Lea's jokes, and I even like the villains! I really hope that there are more spin off series of these characters, and/or more of Sir and Brie. I literally couldn't put this book down. As soon as I finished Brie Learns the Art of Submission, I bought this one, and I read until I couldn't keep my eyes open, and when I opened them again, the first thing I did, was pick this book back up until I finished it.
