review 1: I regret not reading through this series earlier in the year when I was not yet so burned out on the whole BDSM erotica genre. I'm thankful that Red Phoenix is a talented enough writer that she can keep me interested in any of her stories, even a whole series that would otherwise have me pulling my hair out if I was facing such a challenge by any other author. What it comes down to is her ability to write truly sympathetic characters and create situations that are rife with powerful emotional and erotic content.Brie is a sweet girl with a very dirty mind. If people only knew what was going through that pretty head of hers at any given point in the day, they would feel scandalized. A girl after my own heart!
