review 1: My kids went nuts over this one after I got it for Christmas. With each "eating" holiday that passes, they grab this book and decide what they want me to make for Super Bowl, Valentine's day, easter, etc, INSTEAD of telling me they want candy. Score! We look forward to using this book all year! :)
review 2: I don't have many cookbooks, but this one will hold a special place on my small cookbook shelf.

Originally I tried the turkey brine recipe from her website, because I was looking for a brine and came across her site. I don't have the cooking channel or cable of any kind, so I'd heard of her other books and thought I'd try it. Ohhhh, My, Great GooglyMoogly. The most tender, juicy, amazing, flavorful turkey I've made, or had, or experienced. When I lifted th... moree cooked turkey from the pan, it was so tender it nearly tore in half in my hands. (That sounds worse than it was, but, oh, man it was good.)

The rest of the book looks incredible, and I have a get together coming up and I will use several of them - I'll let you know how it goes! less
