review 1: Amazing ending ! it's not the perfect fairy tale HEA , it's the real deal , the hard work you have to put in order to get your HEA . And they done it , and it couldn't be done before cause they needed to grow up and learn how to live with out each other in order to be together . It's sounds absurd but it's actually the reasonable thing to do in order to make sure your relationship will last . And I have no doubt that Lindsey and pip will be together forever. I have to be honest and say that all three books needs major editing some parts were tiering , too long and even repetitive , but the thing I loved most in this book was not only the brilliant writing but mostly the characters : so real , their personality become so familiar to me I felt like I know them , hated some s... moreides in them loved others , like I feel for real people that I come across , not only that but growing up into this personalities , change and evolve but kind of stay the same , you have to be a great writer to be able to do that with your characters , So thank you Richard rider for a great ride :)) hope to read more of you ...
review 2: Ecco il capitolo finale (se si esclude un breve racconto) di questa serie. Leggere le ultime pagine è come salutare degli amici di lunga data; abbiamo visto crescere e maturare sia Lindsay che Pip, li abbiamo visti soffrire e gioire, distruggersi e ritrovarsi e abbiamo vissuto tutto questo con loro. In questo libro vediamo la difficoltà dei due a vivere nuovamente una relazione assieme, nonostante il profondo amore che li lega. Sono entrambi cambiati e sono cambiate le regole e le abitudini che avevano prima. Grazie alla loro maturazione però riescono a far funzionare il loro rapporto in maniera un pò meno "disfunzionale" e riescono anche ad accettare il passato e le persone che vi hanno fatto parte. Tra queste vi sono sicuramente i genitori di Pip che impariamo a conoscere e, in parte, comprendere e perdonare per le loro azioni, anche se alcuni loro atteggiamenti e comportamenti del passato sono imperdonabili. Essendo tutti in qualche modo "cresciuti" e maturati riescono finalmente a creare nuovi rapporti e nuovi legami, anche dove prima c'era solo dolore e rabbia. Una bella serie con dei protagonisti particolari, degli anti eroi che è impossibile non amare e non perdonare. less
