review 1: More good fun in Kingdom Keepers land... these books are written for a younger audience so you have to get past that... and there is LOTS of suspense of disbelief (but then if you're not expecting that when the main characters are holograms, I'm not sure why you'd be reading them). However, it's a fast-paced & fun story, this one moving out of the parks and onto the Disney Dream (cruise ship) and Castaway Cay. If you're familiar with these locations then it makes it even more fun. :-)
review 2: I really wanted to like it. I really did. Unfortunately, I could only (in good conscience) give it 2 stars. For me, there was too much going on - as if Pearson threw any plot idea into the book and forgot to finish them. Yes, they were eventually brought up again in the
... moreend (WAYYYY end of the book) but not enough to explain anything for me or give me an "a-ha!" moment. The story only started to pick up for me a few chapters before the end of the book. At least some of the character story lines were interesting with some cute relational developments. Needless to say, this is my least favorite book of the series. I'm so disappointed that I almost don't want to read the next one. I wonder if book 6 is available at the library so I don't have to throw good money after bad. less
