review 1: I thoroughly enjoyed this book, it keeps moving at a steady pace just enough to keep the reader hooked but without being dizzyingly fast.Maggie is a spy and has been brought up, by her spy family, to be a safe cracker. She finally has her own assignment, to befriend Jesse, a boy her age, get into his family home and steal vital information from his father’s safe. She thinks it will be easy, but she’s been isolated from people her own age all her life. When she makes friends with outspoken Roux and then falls in love with Jesse, her assignment spins out of control. Can Maggie get it back on track and save her spy community or will she mess it up and cause the end of all she’s ever known? This is a good read, I enjoyed it and now I’m off to see whether there are ... moreany more in the series.
review 2: I loved this book!! It was very good. I loved the storyline and the characters. Only thing that didn't make it a five star book in my opinion is bc of the stupid things that "average New York teenagers" the author thought was necessary to build the story but hey in my opinion they are just a bunch a retards if that's what they spend their time doing. But I think that made it a little state-ist. But other than that I loved Maggie such an amazing girl with a great attitude and glad things turned out so great. And oh if only everybody has a friend like Roux that super weird crazy one.... It'd be great. I really liked the characters of Jesse and Angelo though very different I think they bought were great sensitive and just great guys like any guy should be. I've read other teenage spy books and this one was pretty good though less dramatic in story but more dramatic with the characters. You might just love it.... Onto the next in the series. less
