review 1: The Leader Who Had No TitleBook reviewThe Leader Who Had No Title was wrote by Robin Sharma. He wrote his book paste on his experiment in life within 15 years. He worked in many companies such as Microsoft, GE, Nike, FedEx, and IBM. Is it basically about how to be a success person in in your place of work, and how to be a good leader. he shared his experiment throughout a story of a guy called Blake Davis. And after a while he meet a strange looking guy who know his father. And told him that he will teach him how to be a good leader. Robin Sharma used many acronyms in his book thou... moregh his story like LWT, SEW, BIW and a lot more. At the beginning of the story Tommy ( the strange guy who knows Blake father ) says that your road to success start with LWT. LWT stand for Leadership Without Title. The book is divided to a four parts. At the part before the last one is where Jackson Chan and show Blake that relationship is important and the stronger it is the deeper it can be. As a result Blake obtain new acronyms HUMAN ( Helpfulness, Understanding, Mingle, Amuse, Nurture. The last chapter is To be a great leader, first became a great. In the last chapter in focus on the balance between us and how we react with other people and the world around us. At this last stage Blake meets Jet Brisley and here he told him that you must be a great person so you can be a great leader.
review 2: Robin Sharma’s ‘The Leader Who had No Title’ beautifully draws how a person could lead in all aspects of life regardless of his/her hierarchical position and influence those who are around them in the most positive ways. While reading the book I pictured myself as Blake Davis, the returned young army veteran, who is meaning of life and work had changed completely when he met Tommy Flinn, an old friend of his father’s and also the top salesman where he works. As the story moved on, I felt that I was the one who was voyaging to learn the leadership wisdom from the four LWT monitors and eventually discovered that leadership isn’t a position or a title, but rather an action. Actually, Robin does an excellent job of not only providing great content, but writing it in a way that is enjoyable as well as delivering the title’s promise.I recommend this book to leaders, because everyone is a leader of his/her life and those who wants to create more success and significance in their lives. less

If you feel, you are caged up in the corporate redtape and often feel choked, this book gives you a fresh perspective of looking at your role. I am not generally a big fan if self help books as they don't come with a copyrighted content and every other author seems to pick up similar content from another self help author and the reader ends up feeling "I read this somewhere" . However this book was better and I could relate to it. Certain portions were slightly over dramatic and can be skimmed through. However, I will definitely recommend this book.

The book provides the reader good productivity enhancement techniques that have been made memorizable through acronyms and one liners. However, the style of story telling a self help book is the greatest weakness that makes it crude and painfully unrefined to capture the reader's attention.A monologue from the author himself would have done far greater justice to the powerful message it seeks to get across.
