review 1: Reviewer: JustineHow hard can it be? VERY HARD! To stop reading this woman’s book at least! I am in love, like Kristen Ashley kind of love! ( you know I am serious if I invoke the Book-Goddess Kit.) Ms. Peterman is foulmouthed, an unending imagination, and has honed her snark to near protection. Basically, she is my new hero. Her raunchy humor had me hooked. Oh, there is a romance story in there too! One that pulls you in, while simultaneously making you wish you could reach in and smack some sense in to the loveable characters. But after all the non-stop hilarity and emotional romance, I had a wicked book-hangover! Good News, there are 2 more in this complete series to gobble down and stave off the book-blues.5 Seriously Satisfying Fairies

... moreor friend of mine recommended this book ages ago, I got it for free, and I just got to read it. I like books that make me laugh but this was a very laugh-out-loud-scare-the-dog kind of laugh. I read her Pirate Dave book first not knowing the connection and that it was quirky. In this book a writing group has decided to take revenge upon an evil woman and write some nasty book about Pirate Dave to ruin her career. In the process our heroine has been trying to figure out why they need revenge. The banter, witty and hysterically comical conversations that occur make this a wonderful book. There's sexual tension with a certain cop and a few intimate scenes which makes this an all encompassing comedic romance adventure novel. Can't wait to dive into the next one. less
