review 1: The Legacy Collection is one of my absolute favorite series! Romance, intrigue, suspense, and humor you'll find it all in this series!Alethea and Marc are the perfect addition to the Legacy Collection.Alethea is strong, independent and wounded by the pulling away of the only family she's ever had. Marc is fighting his own battle with constantly being called a hero that he feels is undeserved. They are both fiercely loyal to the people around them and balance each other out perfectly.
review 2: I don't know if this is the last book of the Legacy Collection or not (she left the ending with closure, but open to possibilities) but this series was one I really enjoyed. Unlike Kathleen Brooks' series (which I just finished, and also enjoyed) there wasn't character ov... moreerload. I was able to keep everyone straight and their story lines kept building even with the different main characters. They were also very relatable and I enjoyed that the conflicts changed throughout the series. Overall probably not the most thrilling of romantic suspense that I have read, but I definitely enjoyed them immensely. less
