review 1: despite all the, ahem, naughtiness that happens in this novel, it is certainly well written. The characters are good, and Sir Chessewell was such a kind, gentlemen and I loved him. It certainly was tragic what happened earlier in his life but I'm glad he moved past it. and as for Adrian, I'm glad he found someone he could call family and share his life with. All in all, this book is pretty good and it certainly does get me intrested in wanting to read the sequel to see what happens.
review 2: I don't feel this warrants a 3, but also not sure about a 4 either. I don't think this was as bad as some may think. Granted if you aren't into a very sexual paranormal romance then this isn't for you. Otherwise, the scenes are very well written. For much of the book to be... more as such, they are also each different. So, the paranormal part? Yes, I feel the outline of these vampires don't give off a fake feeling (umm vampires are fake though lol). Read at your own risk. less
