review 1: This was the best "feel good" book I've read in a while! It made me smile the entire time I was reading, and that smile followed me throughout my day at work. I LOVE this book!! I normally don't care for books written in third person, but it works in this one. Tyler, the protagonist, was fun, sweet, protective, and totally swoon-worthy. Nothing better than a smart-girl/bad boy book! Don't miss out this fun and sweet 5star book!
review 2: This is basic love story. Dr Ellie Swan is a bookish nerd and has her own practice in town so she can help her diabetic father. She has had a crush on Roger Reynolds since high school and after overhearing his ex-wife say they are now divorced but are still great friends, she takes this to be her chance to win him. Roger likes ... moresophisticated sexy women, everything Ellie is not.But a knock at the door at 2:00am in the morning from Tyler Longfoot with a bullet in his backside might be Ellie's chance. She will keep quite about the "incident" if he can show her how to be sexy. So Tyler agrees.This book had me in stitches. Ellie has this book called 'The wild woman's guide to sex' and she wants to practice different positions. Ellie made sex a chore, that had me laughing so hard.It really is a funny book. This story is basic, a HEA all around. Easy to read but, it's worth it. A good read, a good book to read on a Sunday, I read it in a day. It's a lovely, funny book. less
