review 1: Hunting Lila. It was funny, captivating at times, sweet and I could easily imagine it becoming a movie. But I wished there would be more between Alex and Lila. I didn't like the fact that Lila was made to seem like a small child. She's seventeen. Personally I think she should have been a bit more grown up. I also didn't like the way she pined after Alex like a love sick dependant puppy. The lead character in books like these are supposed to be strong willed and independent. The story was also a bit predictable. But otherwise it was an okay read.
review 2: Hunting Lila is officially my favourite book. It begins with action and has a fast pace throughout the book. You instantly love Lila as the protagonist and create a connection with the other characters alongsi... morede her. This book has the perfect amount of romance - without the whole insta-love drama we all know and loathe. As well, it's a book that once you have finished you will want to re-read. Don't assume to know what will happen next, because if you are like me, you will probably have guessed wrong. P.s Be prepared to swoon. less
