review 1: This was just as good as the first book (Hunting Lila) and was filled with exciting action, adventure, some amazing and very un-expected plot twists and overall just a great ending to this duology. I didn't want it to end! Luckily, there is a novella available on Kindle (Tormenting Lila) which I will definitely be checking out at sometime this month. I would definitely give this book a whole 5 stars...
review 2: having loved the 1st book I was worried that I would be faced with the rubbish sequel scenario but I was happy to find that those fears were completely unnecessary as this book was at least as amazing as the 1st! :) the protagonist Lila is as impulsive and crazy brave as usual, trying to take down the unit and its leaders as quickly as possible and the ... morewhole book was jam packed with action. but there were also parts where Lila really gets to know some of the characters and i think this really added depth to the book. overall this wasn't quite as well done as in Hunting Lila but there is more fighting and use of awesome powers throughout the book which makes up for that :) less
