review 1: Oh you crazy billionaires! I’m not sure many authors can do crazy billionaire Christmas fun quite like Sarah Morgan. Rio Zacarelli is a hotel tycoon playboy, who believes (with good evidence) someone is out to sabotage him on his next which he really needs to seal. Which means staying away from the women. And he hates Christmas. Evie our heroine is down on her luck after losing her fiancé and financial support. She’s a buxom bootylicious lass working at a ritzy hotel owned by Rio but finds herself demoted after spurning the advances of the manager. Yet, the mater is able to convince her it’s okay to strip naked and rest in the penthouse of the hotel. Where Rio finds her and kisses her, and that naked crazy kiss is photographed by the papparazi. And that’s jus... moret the beginning. Oh craziness - oh heroine who want let herself be walked on by crazy billionaire tycoon. He’s a bit of a heel, but she brings him in line. If you like the occasional crazy Harlequin Presents and want a Chrismas read - pick this book up now! 3.75/5 on the romance scale
review 2: This has been (and still is) 99 cents, so I've seen it around a lot. I resisted buying it for a long time because the couple meets when the hero kisses the sleeping heroine and noooo. I don't like that! But eventually I caved due to the good reviews and the fact that I DO like Sarah Morgan a lot.And maybe it was just being thoroughly prepared, but that part didn't bother me too much. Morgan's alpha heroes really work for me. Stuff that would probably generally bother me doesn't with her. (Keeping secrets, using people.) I mostly bought how quickly they fell in love, too.So overall, it worked well for me. I ended up reading it in one sitting last night. less
