review 1: Lily is magnificent. Andrew is not, at least until the last 1/4 of their tale. Shana Galen's strong storytelling talents nicely resolve the ongoing issues of the Diamonds in the Rough as exposed in Fallon's and Juliette's stories. The first half of Sapphires Are an Earl's Best Friend requires more effort from the reader than the fast-paced, tightly woven second half. It was an enjoyable read, just not the best of the trilogy.
