review 1: I admit, with the new ....addition... to the storyline of the fourth book, it took me awhile to warm up to it. I questioned if we needed the perspective to understand that side of the storyline, which is the only reason I didn't give this a five star. But , the new perspective definitely brought a whole new dynamic to the story and it was flawlessly written to give us a better view of Junction and all it's happenings. I'm more fond over the last half of the book. I couldn't put it down. By time the end I was hastily reading through to absorb the story. When i turned the last page, ohhhh I was not happy. I love Shannon Delany, but at that moment i didn't particularly like her for ending the book on a cliffhanger! Luckily, I'm reading this series late and the next book is ou... moret and already in possession or I would of been absolutely livid. As the 4th book in the series, it does not disappoint! It far exceeded my expectations and story plots are enlarged bigger than before. A great read that had my heart racing and my emotions running high.
review 2: When I started reading this book, I thought why is Pietr the only one with the cure and not the others werewolf and why is Pietr different from everyone else. I didn't like the author had each character have there own story apart because it kinda confused me what was going on. My least favorite character is Marlaena because she trying to brake apart Jess and Pietr just to have him in her pack. My favorite character is Jessica Because how strong she is going though so much with the changes of Pietr and the whole Marlaena problem. I would like to read another book by the author because I want to know what happened to Jess and Pietr. And what is Marlaena going to do with Jess now that she has her. less
