review 2: The book starts out when Sophie's mom is tired of living in the same place so they move back to Califonia. Her mom can easily move her job wherever she goes, and Sophie is tired of starting school every time they move. She conivinces her mom to let her take online classes for her senior year, in exch... moreange, she has to have lunch with her mom at the collere where her mom works every Thursday. After eating with her mom, Sophie is texting her friend, Kelly (who lives in Virgina) and Kelly is talking about how hot her teacher is. Sophie wasn't paying attenction to other cars in the parking lot, because she was texting. All of a sudden, she crashes into a car. There she meets someone who would change her life forever.The Pace is an amazing across-the-time love story. Sophie and Wes are just perfect for each other. Since the early 1900s, they met, and again they met later in 1963, and then in 2009. There is no chance that the couple is destined to meet other people. less
