Samuil Petrovitch
review 1: An extraordinary main character. From the first book through the end of this one (the third in a trilogy) he grows so wonderfully - without straying too far from the rough, foul-mouthed kid he started out as. It's fun to watch. Add him to a believable near-future dystopian London with some great technology and bad guys and you get a trilogy that is really fun to read and hard to put down. I read all three books in about 10 days.
review 2: I have to agree with other readers that this is a let down as the final book. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the hell outta it but I felt that there were several plot points that were just magically thrown in to move the story forward also I was a little ticked with the characterization of Sam's wife. By the end she just seemed
... more bitchy and hypocritical instead of strong and flawed. That said see the other reviews for more in depth commentary about the flaws and then just go pick up the trilogy. It is fun and Sam is a great reluctant hero it's totally worth reading. less

More Petrovich. More chaos. More destroying London. More fun.

Good way to end it. But I hear there is more to the story...
