review 1: Silver EyesI enjoyed the story very much. Has lot's of emotion, sorrow, desire, and regret. It kept me interested but my suggestion to the author is don't become redundant. You can put nips and pieces from the last book into the second and even the third but if drags out then what have you accomplished? Background history is fine but only give enough to have the reader say ah yes that's right.Anyways good story.
review 2: Great story. I really love the fantasy world Ms. Simpson created in this series. Rook is an amazing character, battling between his duty to the dragon king and his urge to protect his mate. Working so hard to win his mate over. What happened to Angela was devastating. The perpetrator got what was coming to him. The daughter Rachel was just pla... morein annoying. I wish she can be written out of the story.... Enjoyed this book immensely. As good as book 1. Thank you! less
