Tri-Omega Mates
review 1: This was book four in the series and finally had a different plot to it. Sticking to the Hunter Pack which was in the last book was refreshing. Ryce and Saul have been mates for five years now but Saul takes off every Friday night to go into town supposedly to get laid. Ryce finally can't take any more lonely Friday nights so steps out himself only to find his other mate, Cary. Cary is a Tri-Omega and knows it so in hesitant to be claimed by Ryce until he explained that Saul would be Cary's mate also. Things get out of control when Saul wants no real part of Cary. My biggest problem with this book was the overdose of angst which ran rampant.
review 2: I wasn't ready to let the characters go when the book suddenly ended.Saul is a stubborn thickheaded nitwi
... moret and it totally showed in the end when the truth about his trips to town finally came out. He listened to and chickened out because of threats of some human(!) and didn't even try to come to his Alpha for advice, like he didn't trust his pack to stand up for him.And Ryce believed Saul's made up stories like some submissive wife. The evil circle! Argh! Cary was the only one smart and bold enough to investigate the matter.I think this book should be much longer mainly because of screwed up relationship between Ryce and Saul and (partially) Cary. I really wanted to read more about them happy together, not just about their fight for this happiness. They deserved it. less
