review 1: Henry the hippo was dead belly up. Teddy, boy who's parents worked at Fun Jungle (Zoo Henry lived in) goes to Doc, and Doc performs a autopsy on Henry and finds that Henry's intestines has holes. People decided to lie and said Henry's death was caused by people throwing food at his mouth but Teddy suspect's this and decides to investigate. He then meets Summer, who is daughter of the owner of Fun Jungle. Then together they investigates about Henry's death. This book is full of mystery and reversal. When people starts to think that person is responsible, it turns out that their not. I recommend this book to any mystery fan and animal lovers. Also this book makes people know that hippopotamus are not fun loving harmless creature but actually extremely dange... morerous.
review 2: I thought this was a good book for middle grades. Great mystery with twists and turns. Teddy is a boy who lives with his mother in a zoo type theme park. Henry the Hippo mysteriously dies, and Teddy decides to investigate. There are a couple of swear words (d***, a**, h***). They are used only a handful of times total. They are uncharacteristic of the characters that use them and are unnecessary. less
