review 1: I've listened to all the books in this series, so I am used to Stone bedding several women per book (eye roll, groan, "get on with the story already"). The sex and women in this book were a bit much, but I understand the author trying to establish that fact that Stone can't keep his zipper up and how much trouble this behavior can get him into. He definitely never thinks before he unzips. I vision feminists sticking pins into a male doll's crotch with this one.I still enjoyed the book. Love the Dino character and the narrator gives him a sound all his own.
review 2: This book really is in between a 2.5 and a 3. It's not his best and not his worse (I still think DC Dead is the worst book). The plot is minimal and how Stone Barrington gets caught up in all thes
... moree issues is beyond me. Here's the thing, I don't read Stone Barrington book for the excellent plot, even though it helps, or the literary quality. I read it because he lives a life totally different from mine. He is extremely wealthy with the world at his fingertips, he has friends in high places, and he has a lot of sex (!) and he has a great vocabulary. So, folks who are complaining about these things need to read different books. less

This guy has the life. Fast read. Not much substance, but is there ever.
