Tudor Rose
review 1: The final book in the Tudor Rose series. It was a bit predictable but still a good read. Pippa is a street performer who gets into a major pickle. She is released into the care of Aidan (an Irish lord awaiting the queen's summons). He cant help falling for Pippa's quirky ways and learns of her abandonment at a young age and the need to find out who here family is. Once finally summoned by the queen Aidan and Pippa arrive at court. All seems to be going well until Aidan is captured and put into the tower, Pippa ends up breaking him out and they steal away to Ireland. Only Aidan has a wife at home he hasn't told Pippa about. Unfortunately, Aidan and his wife meet late at night on the outdoor walk (he tells her the marriage in annulled and insists she move on back hom... moree), however she wants to make a go at their marriage now and he refuses her, therefore she plunges to her death, and Aidan is accused of pushing her even though she jumped. However, an English nobleman Richard over heard and saw the conversation and knows she jumped. Around this time Aidan tells Pippa that she has discovered who her parents are (they are noble family and Richard is her brother). She is very upset with him that he didnt tell her sooner. Aidan is no set to hang and Pippa runs to meet him and to say goodbye. Next thing you know he has made a deal and is sent into exile, but doesn't tell Pippa. Well Pippa has her ways after her emotional meeting with her parents and they help her meet his departing boat. A happily ever after and they start a family in the Carribean.
