review 1: Three short romance stories by three very thorough romance authors. All three stories will leave you clutching your book and wanting more. Banks writes a gripping story about two detectives who fall in love with and bed the same woman (together) only to have her torn from their grasp. The story also features a serial killer that's hunting woman and our two lovely detectives are working to find the nut before another woman dies. Tabke and Day's stories are both about woman who are state's evidence and being hunted while in protective custody. Both stories are very similar and it was kinda strange in my opinion to put them in the same collection seeing as they are so similar. I have to say I liked Tabke's story better, Sophia is running from her husband whom is also cartel w... morehen she finds herself in the care of the only man she's ever loved from before. Day's story is very similar as Layla is running from the Mexican cartel after witnessing a member kill an undercover agent and Layla's best friend. She too finds herself under the care of her ex who she left five years ago because she couldn't deal with his dangerous job. How ironic that now his dangerous job has put him in charge of protecting her and getting her to trial in time so she can testify.
review 2: These 3 stories written beautifully by 3 of the finest erotic writers in the states will definitely touch, tease and enthral you. Each story is short and sweet, if you call heady love, lust and awesome sex sweet? Each story captures you straight away and you read on wondering how on earth are these amazing writers going to fit in all the story we need to achieve literary organism? Well they do and flawlessly. This book is a must read !!! less
