review 1: What a fraud! ;;;I thought they're gonna have that happily ever after and sweet child ;;;Why you gave such a hope and did that to us? ;;;They're so extremely beautiful togetherI know how hard they try to be together at sometime eventhough it kills themLook at zekeLook how he tried so hard for herHow she tried so hard to fight her demonsIt's just kill me. Kill her. Slowly. That's why you made title perfecting patience because she just goddamn broken in hereEven sometimes zeke can't make it better for herOnce she actually consumed those pills. I just died inside.I knew how hard it is to get some sexy badass rockstar boyfriend while you just watched it on tv. That's so.....When their problem is not even because of them but because of life tryin to fit and makes it hard for th... moreem. I felt sadI can't.Their sex always good and that's just makes me happyWhen zeke's love just for her and her onlyTheir love on the first book just simply beautiful and I love that
review 2: I loved the first book and I loved this one.. my only reason for four stars is because the ending, right about the time Zeke was introduced to Patience "problem" it all seemed so rushed. I was so excited to see a more drastic scene than what was actually delivered.. but that is my only complaint about the book.. slightly rushed, and not as much detail and drama in parts I wished there was. But for me, it didn't ruin the whole book... ~ ON ANOTHER NOTE!! compared to the first book, Zeke and Patience both have come to cope with their past the best they can, in different ways of course.. with really no real communication, which ends up causing some, "major" issues... which again, I wish had just a little bit more time spent on it. Both main characters are learning how hard it can be too love someone from a distance, but yet still trying to be together. They've grown so much from the first book and yet still fight problems from the past, mostly patience in this book.. but Zeke still made multiple references to his father's beatings.. it was mostly patience fighting her past along with her new drug problem. Which ends up getting her into some trouble, again more details and making it more of a problem would have been nice and more realistic. Zeke has become extremely sensitive towards patience even more than the first book and it is honestly kind of annoying at times.. In my opinion anyway..Besides the small things, the book was enjoyable and I plan to buy the next one in the series. If you're looking for a good, quick, romance this is the book to read. Finished it in two days and it kept me interested enough to continue reading! less

This was a bit overkill. This poor girl can't catch a break. But I still loved the series.
