review 1: 3.5 stars.Very entertaining! I'll be sure to read the next in the series.I always love a good tale of anything involving Greek mythology, & this was some good stuff. Not fantastic, but engaging pretty much all the way through.I'm impressed by the author's ability to write three narrators and give them their own voice; seamless & professionally achieved!Now, the cover... the edition in paperback that I own is all greens and blacks, with the close up of a girl's face (and she's clearly meaning business!), metallic /reflective/radioactive green outlining the title. It's beautiful to look at!
review 2: I really liked this book it is very interesting and adventurous. This book is something that will make you catch your breath and wonder what will happen next. The au... morethor also does a very good job of describing the monsters in the story. Not only is this story about ancient greek mythology but also about family relationships. I recommend this book to anyone who likes greek mythology snakes and action. less
