review 1: I have to say the premise of this story got me curious and it was on special offer so I decided to pick it up. It took me a while to get into this story. In fact I put it down and left it for months on end. I don't mind the adultery theme because I wanted to believe that the characters were redeemable and would do the right things in the end. After all, who is perfect? But honestly I don't think they did redeem themselves. All in all, an okay read.
review 2: See I have read some of the previous reviews for this book saying its unrealistic, but for me I don't think it is I know lots of people who have had their heart ripped out but an adulterous affair and still gone back to their spouse. I thought the writing was brilliant loved that it was written in the three... more people POV, and after all it's an extremely touchy subject to write about so I'm guessing maybe the author has se experience in the field, for me I thought it was a good book and one I would recommend, after all who knows what the future would hold for Mal and Nicholas?? less
