review 1: This is truly an inspired work. Every time I picked this up I felt the spirit confirm the truthfulness of it's words. I enjoyed reading a few pages at a time to carefully ponder what was said. I will definitely read this again and again. I plan to make it a regular part of my scripture study. How great is it that this entire book is dedicated to strengthen women in their service to god, families and others. To support us in our lives as we work towards becoming more like our savior, and in life's journey to return to our Father in Heaven.
review 2: I really enjoyed reading this book and learning more about the history of the Relief Society. I felt it was a little lacking sometimes, when it just briefly mentioned something that I wanted to know more about. The f... moreormatting was also frustrating to me sometimes, with quotes in the margins and at the bottom but no good point at which to pause reading the main body of text to read these quotes. Still, all in all this was a great little book, inspiring and encouraging as well as informative. less
