review 1: This is absolutely the most wonderful book for everyone not just youth. It gives us good morals and standards to live by. I think we should start reading and influencing our children to live by these guidelines at a very young age, that's where and when their ideas form for when they become teenagers and adults. These are good guidelines to live by as adults also. Too many times as adults we think we don't need to worry about things like this because we ARE adult and can chose for ourselves but we often are making the wrong choices.
review 2: I had the old version of this when I was younger. However, I decided to read the new version recently. I'm really glad I did. They've revamped stuff a lot, it seems. There's stuff in there that they don't usually say elsew... morehere, which I found a little surprising. It was a very edifying read and can help in loads of aspects of life. I thought the Sabbath day part was pretty interesting, and a lot of the parts that are designed to strengthen in general. It held the attention pretty well, and for good reason.There's a little in there that might apply only to youth (like the group dating stuff), but most of it can be applied to adults, too, I think. less
