review 1: I really enjoyed this one. Sam was a spitfire from the beginning and Nikolai even being out of her league didn't stand a chance with her. She was willing to hold her own and no matter what he had to work to get close to her. The story with his brother and nephew was good but it should've played on for a few more chapters to keep it edgy. How he went in and handled that from the beginning was great though. Even Pavel's reaction to it had me wanting to read more to see what would happen with them. I enjoyed this and I'll be looking out for another one.
review 2: Enjoyed this book- I was already a Theodora Taylor fan from some previous books but I adored Sam's character- her kindness and her love of Pavel. Pavel was so sweet- how he immediately called Sam "mama".
... moreI also fell in love with Nikolai -especially once he started learning to be a good parent. The story had steamy and heartwarming moments. It was a nice eclectic mix of characters and personalities- grew to like Marco and I get the impression Nyla will give home a run for his heart. Well done! less

Brilliant read. Could not put it down from start to finish. Theodora does it again. Great series.

This was an excellent book. So much so, that I have begun to follow the author.
