review 1: I have read Master of the game.. The sequel to that "Mistress of the game" does not do justice to that book. Although I have loved Tilly Bagshawe for her other books like "AngelOf the Dark", this book was not that great. I thought it was little far fetched for a boy to kill his father at the age of ten. Eve Blackwell knowing everything about lexi was not justified, even the story has loop holes like what happened to Peter templeton? It was a very predictable book to be a Sydney Sheldon sequel..

... morets more than anything. Bagshawe keeps us in tune with Lexi, wondering what her next step will be just as Sheldon with Kate. And then there's the whole Max and Lexi love affair - it was so beautiful I just want to sob. But then I do admit that the ending was brutal - it was cruel to leave us hanging like that - wondering when a next book is going to be released when there's not going to be one. Kruger-Brent has to survive no matter what.So now I can say that Bagshawe really did justice over Sheldon's works. He would've been proud. less
