review 1: Quinn is blown away when his wife appears before him asking for his help to protect his great great grand son.. prior to this he believed she died centuries ago..She is a vampire and he has many many questions seeing as she rejected him after he was turned..The manner in which she was turned softened me a little bit to her but I did not like her in the beginning..But she makes Quinn happy so she can stay..I was more interested in the struggle Oliver is having with his thirst.. off to get his book now!
review 2: I hate giving any book in this awesome series less than 4 stars so I am giving the reason for it...I absolutely hated Rose. She was terribly dense and quite frankly I just found her actions unforgivable. The book was still good but she took away from the... more rest of the story for me. It was certainly a let down after reading Zane's story that is probably my favorite in the series. It was still a good read and I won't skip any in this series, they are still great reads. less
