review 1: This was so fun to read. While finishing this last night I thought about how more zombie stories should be like these. Though campy to some extent, I never rolled my eyes. I laughed, cried, cheered. All three stories are amazing. If you want to have fun, read about 3 potential zombie apocalypses, enjoy in some sexy m/m action despite the situation at hand, pick this up. Everything about this was pure enjoyment.
review 2: I tried. I really tried! I thought if I didn't make it through this one it would be the zombies. They just aren't really my thing. But what did me in was the humor. The first story took me way longer to read than an approximately 100 page should, because I just didn't enjoy the humor. Story two was, for lack of a better word at the momen... moret, a "straight" story- written for adventure, not laughs- and that was pretty good. But I started #3, and ugh. More humor that I wasn't enjoying. I couldn't face another 100 pages of that, so I DNF'd it.I can see someone else appreciating the humor and enjoying this one, but it wasn't for me. less
