review 1: Even if I'm giving this story a soldi 4 stars I'd like to give it 5 but...But I didn't like Rachel and Mike so much. Sometimes I felt the incessant bickering between them a bit forced and really I cannot understand how adults can behave that way! I loved her grand-mother stories about her past. Maybe thanks to that stories Rachel became more human, because at the beginning they both were really cold fishes!I like the surrounding more than them! Onto the next one.
review 2: I really enjoyed the first book in the series and thought Jenny and Mick were great together, but wasn’t as crazy about this story.I didn’t like either of the main characters as much as I liked Jenny and Mick. The heroine came across as pretty self-absorbed, and Mick was a prick most of
... morethe time (although learning about his past did excuse some of it for me), and shallow as well (at one point he tells her to take off her apple-picking outfit because he doesn’t like how she looks in it...uh, ok, that’s acceptable or something…).Their constant bickering grated on my nerves after awhile. In some books that kind of behavior can come across as witty banter, but here it was just obnoxious.Despite my low rating of this book, I love the small town and the group of women as a whole, so I plan on picking the next one up soon! less

Great series.... Live the plots and character development! And enough spice to keep it real :-)

Des petites longueurs ou passages à vide, mais il reste beaucoup d'émotions à la lecture.

I enjoyed this, the grandmother's story was good.
