review 1: The back of the book looked incredible. The book itself was very repetitive. One of the narrators, as this is a split first person narrator book, just keeps speaking about the same thing most of the book. The other narrator is worth it, but you only ever hear "his side" a few times throughout the entire book. It wasn't until the last third of the book that it even got remotely interesting. Not sure I went into this book with too high of expectations or not.

I thought the relationship the main character had with her brother was nice.

Different twist on the Theseus/Ariadne myth. It made for a plausible story.
