review 1: I don’t know where to begin with this review. I must say I loved this book although I could understand it if someone was to throw their kindle out the window! It had its WTF moments and OMG moments and I think the complexity of Mia, Richard and Cameron’s relationship is open to interpretation. I think Cameron is a much more powerful and arrogant Dom than Richard. Cameron fully embraced the BDSM lifestyle. He was hedonistic, he was intense, there was no grey with him, only black and white. I am also impressed with the voice Ms Fewings gave Cameron. His explanations of how your past can affect you and how to bury it and move on were, in my opinion, spot on.I likened Richard’s thoughts about training Mia to be a sub to a box of lego. If you gave Richard a box of lego, ... morehe wouldn’t take any pleasure building it, he just wants to play with the toy at the end. Whereas Cameron, takes his pleasure from dismantling a girl and rebuilding her into the toy. Question is, is he going to be able to give the toy back when he’s built it?Love is a funny thing though. If Mia loved Richard, would she be the way she is with Cameron? If Richard loves Mia, would he hand her over to Cam? Well, throughout this book I did question that several times in my head. Men tend to separate sex from love. I don’t think women always can. I also feel that Mia is trying to embrace her new sexuality and her feelings that have been unleashed and I feel that the choice Richard made was wrong, but I think Cameron is going to take full advantage of Mia’s vulnerability and her excitability over this new lifestyle she has become a part of.There were more sexual encounters in this book, much more than the first. Ms Fewings knows how to write a damn hot scene!This book, this series, is definitely worth reading, but keep an open mind.
review 2: Enthrall Her ( Enthrall Sessions Book # 2) - Vanessa Fewings Mia on her path to self discovery learns Richard the love of her life cannot handle her secretive , stubborn ways and tries to protect her by refusing to train her to be his submissive. Upon learning he may be worsening her problem and never crack her codes . Richard decides to sign her over to his best friend and BDSM Connoisseur Cameron to mold into the perfect submissive.Once Cameron Anniolates the Secret's from her past ,he can begin to teach her the art of submitting to a master. Under his Tutelage Mia Blossoms , but will Cameron's lessons keep Mia on a path back to Richard or place her on a whole new journey of self discovery with Cameron? I loved the fact that Mia was getting the chance to explore and find herself, but I feel that Richard became a bit of a coward and gave up on their love to easily. That to me was Heartbreaking in itself . Handing her over Cameron and not thinking ,"O wait ,I might lose her to my best friend" !! It's like she was set up to fall. Mia had told these men on numerous occasions that she loved them.Guess they didn't get the memo!! I loved the way Mia used Cameron's Psychiatrist skills to get him to open up about his past ,Thus starting them on the path to love and understanding .the ending is Pure ,Emotional Torture. It's like being hit over the head with a brick.Loved every sinister minute of it !! C'mon Richard an auctioning Off Ceremony ...What is Wrong with you ?? less
