review 1: I really loved Brian's story. The way she kept pushing herself away so she didn't hurt him all the while she was hurting him. Her reasoning was wonderful and his response to her about hurting either way and not being acceptable was written very nicely. I was hoping that since her mother seemed to be a real gem that maybe she really didn't have the HD gene but I guess not. I know you said we will see more of them in your next series I wish the epilog would have given us the birth of the babies. Definitely needed tissues for this one!

Despite that she lives... more her life to the fullest helping others understand the disease and volunteering with HD patients. When Brian first met Tessa he knew that she was a forced to be reckoned with. Her take charge, no holds bar, live life to its fullest attitude was something that he had never seen before. She had dealt with so much in her life but yet she always tried to see the positive rather than the negative but could he make her see that the two of them could be a positive as well? The problem is that Tessa has a secret and it could be a deal breaker This was a great book and I am so happy that Brian finally has someone. I loved her mouth that had no filter, the way that she was always there for Skylar and I almost cried when her secrete was told. This could be a stand alone book and while the other books in the series do end on cliff hangers, this one does not. I do suggest however that you do not read this book before reading books 1-3 if for no other reason then to know what Brian and Skylar have gone through. It truly is a great ending to a great series which leads directly into another series about others from the town of Cactus Creek. less
