review 1: Wow! This is just a continuation of Sparx’s brilliance. I love seeing the softer side of Stefan. The time lapse creates a great sense of allowing us at a glimpse of how Stefan and Renee’s relationship has evolved. I really enjoyed Tink’s part in this book as well and can’t wait to see where her life leads her with Master Pete. I’m really interested in learning more about him. The struggles that Stefan and Renee face in HMK #3 are so realistic that it really hits home. So many times by omission we create turmoil in our relationships. Will Stefan be able to get past the betrayal that he feels since he has opened up his heart to Renee? How does Stefan react when he finds out the truth of the “hidden secret” Renee kept?I loved this book because Sparx takes you ... morealong the emotional travels of relationships! Ready for book 4!!
review 2: What an intense, dramatic way to end the HMK series. I was privileged to get a sneak peak when Vivien was only half way into the story and let me tell you I was devastated when I got to the end of my sneak peak. Vivien has this extraordinary ability to lure her readers in and make them addicted to her stories. Her writing, imagination and characters makes you fall in love with every word she writes.HMK3 is no different. This heart racing conclusion to Renee and Stefan's story will have it's readers tasting the bitter sweetness that comes with any ending to an amazing love story. HMK3 is packed full of drama, love, romance and devastation when two people from their pasts come back and threaten to destroy everything that Renee and Stefan have come to love. With the roller-coaster ride of emotions and drama, add in a surprise ending (Good or Bad I'm not saying), HMK3 will absorb your mind until the very last page.If you haven't already jumped onto the Vivien Sparx bandwagon you are missing out! less
