review 1: 4.5 starsA great sequel to Sweet Evil! It took me a little while to get into the story, maybe 50 ish pages, but once I did get into the story I couldn't stop reading! Sure there was plenty of angsty romance, but it's such an addicting and fun read! Kaidan and Anna's relationship is so sweet! We got to see their relationship develop a lot in this book, and I liked that. Can't wait to read the third book!
review 2: Holy…Hottness!!WOW! I need the next one, like immediately, if not sooner. OK…I admit it, It's coming in the mail tomorrow, but that's a whole 24hours away from now and that make me a little bit sad. So…this was awesome! A really solid sequel to one of my favourite series I have discovered this year. The potential love triangle made me nervous ... morefor a second there, because seriously, if Kai is one corner of a love triangle, why are you even bothering with the second guy??? But it turned out alright in the end. I had many a fangirl, gushy, romantic, squealing moment. Most embarrassing of which being in my staff room at work during my lunch break, but hey :)I'm glad the author has cosen to take Anna and Kai's relationship in the direction that she has rather than draw out the angst. Angst is all well and good but it can easily become boring and samey-samey, and NO-ONE likes that. I will do a full series review tomorrow when I receive Sweet Reckoning, but so far this series is a 5 star! less
