review 1: This last installment had a bit of everything. Romance,action,suspense. Anna is at a crossroad-put up,or shut up. She seals her fate with Kai(their wedding and after reminded me of Twilight Breaking Dawn) very sweet.Patti was truly a god sent,along with Anna's gang. Marna and Jay and their surprise-heartbreaking.Ginger and Blake- Gin is hard woman but somehow(I think thru Patti) she opens up,can't imagine anyone better to take care of Caterina. Great ending,epilogue is bittersweet,loved it!
review 2: Honestly I thought I would hate these books after the first one. Not because it was bad it was just that I wasn't feeling the basic premise of the story but then that ending got me and I had to continue and I'm glad I did.These books deal with so much shit like add... moreiction and neglect and self loathing and I was really surprised by how well done it was. Claps for you Wendy! I loved this book more than the others and yes I did get teary eyed... Three times! But in my defence it was more of a oh that's sad cry and not a my dog just got shot cry. I'm so glad everything worked out and I loved the epilogue. It was a great conclusion to a pretty good series and I'm glad I read it instead of getting annoyed and quitting with the first book. 4.5 stars* less
